Pro Platinum Heating And Cooling Service Agreements

Silver

Two maintenance visits per year (one in Spring for cooling (air conditioning maintenance) and one in the Fall for heating (furnace maintanence). The silver plan includes our Twenty Point System Check and a 10% discount off all other home repairs.

Gold

The Gold Plan includes all the benefits of the Silver Plan PLUS parts and labor coverage for your home's heating and cooling system. Protect yourself from unexpected breakdowns

The Platinum Plan includes both the Silver and Gold agreements PLUS protection of your home's plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, and built in appliances.

  • Humidifier: $59
  • Electronic Air Cleaner: $39
  • Ultraviolet Germicidal Light: $120
  • Battery Back-up for Sump Pump: $79
  • Additional Water Heater: $69
  • Service Fees are $60 per trade call except for seasonal maintenance. All service fees must be paid for at time of service
